Basement foundation walls and flooring, any signs of water intrusion; support columns, walls and beams; joists and main level subfloors

Plumbing supply piping, drain piping, service entry, and water heaters

Electrical main panel and circuit breakers, sub panels, branch wiring, receptacles and GFCI receptacles

Heating and cooling systems including, furnaces, boilers, interior and exterior air conditioning units, and air handlers
